Return window
You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Items we cannot take back
- Opened diapers, wipes, feeding and skincare products, for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged after delivery.
Wrong or damaged items
If you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
How to return
- Go to My account, Return requests.
- Choose the order and items, and tell us why.
- We pick up the parcel for free inside Dhaka. Outside Dhaka, send it through any courier and we refund the charge for faulty items.
Refunds
We refund within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and check the item, to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or your bank account. Card payments go back to the same card.
