Delivery
Inside Dhaka we deliver the next day for orders placed before 6 pm. Outside Dhaka takes 2 to 4 days through our courier partners.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over the free delivery amount get free delivery inside Dhaka.
Payments
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards. You can see the methods available for your order at checkout.
Yes, cash on delivery is available across all 64 districts. You can check the parcel before paying the rider.
Returns
You can return unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Go to My account, Return requests, and choose the items. We pick them up for free inside Dhaka.
We refund within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and check the item, to your bKash, Nagad or bank account.

Every product comes from the brand or its official distributor in Bangladesh. We never sell copies or expired stock.
