What we collect
When you order or create an account we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you share it, your email. We also keep your order history so you can reorder and track deliveries.
How we use it
- To deliver your orders and send order updates by SMS, email or app notification.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send offers, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe any time.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone and address only with our courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX) to deliver your parcel, and with payment providers to process payments. We never sell your data.
Payments
Card and mobile wallet payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not store your card number or PIN.
Your choices
You can update your details in My account, or ask us to delete your account by contacting support.
